OUR NAME
RLB was named after my pet bird, Manuel,
a two-inch tall mannikin finch. Being so tiny he only needed a small space to nest, but we spoiled him anyway with a giant cage full of perches, mirrors and swings. Manuel decided to fly to bird heaven before Rich Little Bird opened. This company is dedicated to his sweet spoiled little soul.
I am a graphic designer, so after I got engaged it was only natural that I would want to design my own wedding invitations. So I did. When all my friends started getting engaged, it was obvious that they would want their awesome graphic designer friend to design their wedding invitations.
So I did. Then I thought… I should open a business so everyone could have an awesome graphic designer design their
wedding invitations too. So I did.
With the help of my loving husband, Rich Little Bird was established on Valentine’s Day, 2012.
